A focused company for better-run awards and elections

An independent platform for running awards, prizes, and elections, serving government and semi-government programmes.

Who we are

FAAES — فائز, “winner” in Arabic — is an independent software company. We build and run one thing: the platform behind awards, prizes, and elections.

The two halves belong together. The organisations that run a serious awards programme are usually the same ones that run a board election, a committee vote, or a membership ballot — and they need the same things from both: a verified list of who may take part, a process nobody can quietly influence, and a result that holds up when questioned.

We built the platform for organisations that run consequential programmes — government bodies, foundations, and national institutions where a contested result is a public problem, not an internal one. That work taught us where award and election operations actually break, and the platform is built around those failure points rather than around a feature list.

We do one thing, which is the point. Our roadmap is driven only by award, prize, and election operations. Our delivery team has run these programmes before. Nothing here competes for attention with a broader product portfolio, and no feature you need waits behind an unrelated one.

Bring us your most complicated workflow

Not the simple one. The one with the regional round, the two-stage jury, the conflict-of-interest rule, and the category that works differently from all the others.
